Honest scope — what's real, what isn't yet
Cost numbers are grounded estimates from a national cost book adjusted by region — good for bidding, not a live supplier quote, so every estimate still says "confirm live pricing." You can export to QuickBooks (CSV) and email packets for signature today; deeper two-way QuickBooks sync and a field mobile app are not built yet.
